Anyone wishing to become a United States Citizen must have an immigration physical performed by a doctor licensed by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. Dr. Patricia Janki is an approved civil surgeon certified by U.S.C.I.S and is able to conduct Immigration Exams and Physicals for the Department of Homeland Security. Our facility is conveniently located and accessible for Harris county residents.

Included in the Immigration Physical:
- Physical Examination
- Blood Work required by Immigration Services including Tuberculosis (TB) skin testing reporting
- Vaccination Status - verification of required immunization
- Administration of Appropriate and Needed Vaccinations including: Tetanus, Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- Copy of Laboratory Results
